Dolev began his journey with Magen David Adom as a young boy. During his years of volunteering, he accumulated many hours in ambulances and Mobile Intensive Care Units, and the station became a second home to him.
He didn’t limit himself to shifts but also participated in Magen David Adom’s humanitarian projects, distributing food on holidays and assisting the elderly. His friends and Magen David Adom volunteers at the Shlomi station said, “Dolev just wanted to give of himself and help people, simply a boy who only wanted to do good in the world.”
Dolev grew up in Shlomi, the son of Sivan and Avi, and brother to Mika and Amit. He was a smiling and charismatic young man, a family man and friend, generous and a lover of people. Another great love of his was the Maccabi Tel Aviv soccer team.
In the IDF, he served as a combat soldier in the Kfir Brigade. He fell in the Gaza Strip on March 1, 2024, during his training.
He was laid to rest in the military plot at the Shlomi cemetery. Dolev is survived by his parents, a brother, and a sister.
In his memory, a Magen David Adom ambulance bearing his name was dedicated, thus continuing his mission to save lives.
May his memory be a blessing.
